Find perfect my 2023 RAV4. No need to remove anything. It will install easily. Took me about an hour because I'm slow. I didn't lift the back of the car, but it could be easier if you do. The only problem is it's so heavy for one person to lift under the car. I had a few wood scraps I used to get it higher in place. Still not a problem.Nice to mount my bike rack now!

This is a great product. Installation was under 30 minutes with my son’s help. You’ll want a second person to help hold it in place until the first bolt is installed. The exhaust does not need to be removed for installation. I did have to remove a tow hook in order to install this hitch. The bolt alignment was perfect. Plenty of working room on driver side. Minimal working room on passenger side. Only tools I used are 19mm box wrench, socket and floor Jack. It’s built with thick steel plate and tubing.

I put on myself in about 30 minutes. It took longer than the 15 minutes claimed by some because I had to remove the aftermarket exhaust tips. Not a bad install by yourself, i used cardboard boxes to hold it up and the install much easier.

This was a great purchase for my 2020 Rav 4 LE. The Weight I would say is over 50lbs, but using a jack to get it into position made it manageable. The hitch itself has a painted finish which helps with rust resistance. It was an excellent value for the money. Functionality and alignment were excellent. I drove this hitch with a 4x6 trailer weighed down with 1k and it held great. Also I took it with multiple kayak hooks and other devices and this has still not needed any further tightening or revision. Great product!

Curt makes great receivers, and this is one of them. Here's a couple of installation ideas:1) Use a tie-down on each end to lift the receiver into position (or close). There's a hole up in that area on each side, towards the back, to hook the tie-downs. As you raise it up, you can maneuver the receiver past the exhaust pipes.2) The bolts are 19mm but 3/4" fits perfectly. I only had in a ratcheting box end 3/4" wrench. You might want to buy one just for the job because the passenger side is very tight. With a regular box end wrench, it's going to be a long effort.

Built from very high quality steel, but the paint/coating was chipping off on many of the edges and corners. Had to buy some automotive spray paint to cover the bare spots and prevent rust. That's why I'm giving this item 4 stars.Installation was fairly smooth. I was able to install by myself. Had to buy some small ramps to get enough clearance to squeeze the mounts around the exhaust. Make sure to remove the factory tow hook before installation since it will be in the way, and just put the bolts back in to keep the holes covered and sealed. I have a 2020 Rav4 hybrid, and the protective coating around the battery on the passenger side prevented me from being able to use a torque wrench on that side. Drivers side was no problem though, plenty of room over there.Overall it's a good purchase, even though I had to buy extra tools to install. Still about 3-4x cheaper than the OEM hitch installation and no need to cut the bumper.

This is the easiest hitch receiver I have evr installed. No drilling, just 4 bolts using factory installed studds on my Rav4. Took me twice as long to hook up the wiring this morning.

Well made 50# trailer hitch. Only problem was Amazon. I ordered a new hitch and received a used one that had been dropped. Dropped hard enough to bend one side in 3/4" so the hitch was too narrow to install. Repairing that problem took a bit of extra time.

Very nice productDoesn’t hang down so much and it is easy to install, don’t need to low down the exhaust pips either, just 4 bolts and that is it

Was easy to install (except for me struggling to torque the 2 nuts on the right side). Perfect fit, looks good, no need to cut the bumper.

No need to cut anything, will fit right in.Easy install and has worked perfectly.You will need a crows foot to torque the pad get side unless you have a straight torque wrench with no socket.

I ordered the wrong hitch and then reordered the proper hitch the exchange was made and both Hitches were of great quality
