Mounted this on the rear underside of my cargo trailer / camper to mount a bike rack. It was a custom application which utilized the traiker's metal cross-bracing instead of a trailer bumper. It works and looks great! All you can see is the lip of the receiver sticking out the rear about 3/8 of an inch. It is very strong, far more-so than a loaded bike rack or cargo carrier would require.

Mounted fine. Hardware worked well. No issue with mounting.Fitment is as expected (hence the title). I wish they would include shims to have a layer between the metal on metal. Also, mounted on a 4†bumper it is a little hard to get squared up since it moves as you tighten the bolts. I needed a dead blow hammer to persuade the brackets where I wanted them.Overall, good, “as expectedâ€, and will work well for my use. No complaints other than I wish it had shims, but this ad never said it would come with them and I didn’t expect them to be included.Just for emphasis - expected.

I used this to store the hitch head for my travel trailer - on my A frame.I purchased 8†long x 1/2†bolts, washers and nylocks.Build quality seems great. Pleased with the value.

This is just the right accessory for those of us that have heavy weight distribution hitches. I clamped it to my Air Stream Travel Trailer and store my extremely heavy Blue Ox hitch in it while camping. I used to put the hitch in the back of my SUV, which really took up a lot of space and was in the way. I would recommend this solution to everyone.
