It features a formed, one-piece steel construction and boasts a gross trailer weight capacity of 12,000 lbs. (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc). It offers three different height adjustment positions with an overall height of 7-1/2".

I used this to create a pintle hitch for my ag trailer to make it more versatile. It worked great it's around 3/8ths inch metal. Sturdy fit the pintle ring I ordered with no problems.

I welded it to a piece of 1/2 flat plate to bolt to my trailer. Good solid piece of steel but the curt coupler I bought with it was a lil sloppy side to side in the channel. Being that these 2 products go together they should fit snug in my eyes.... That's the only reason I dropped to 4 stars instead of 5. Seems like a good setup. We'll see when I pull a full trailer.

Shipped fast. Had it the next day. Looks good. I have read reviews of other channels having stress cracking down the bends. I was not visually able to see any stress cracks on this one.

All good with this purchase- holes are aligned and spaced properly. Worked perfectly to give me some high adjustment on the trailer rather than having multiple drop hitch sizes.

j'ai acheté la pièce croyant que les trous fonctionneraient avec la marche qui est aussi une Curt mais les trous ne sont pas du tout alignés donc impossible de les fixer ensemble (y'a aucune mesures sur la description de la pièce de l'espacement entre les trous) croyant que vu que c'était la même marque et bien que ça fonctionnerait et ben non, j'ai demandé un retour de cette pièce et je dois payer pour le retour même si je paye Amazon Prime et le retour est aussi cher que la dite pièce alors faites attention quand vous commandez
