It was just enough length for my 2014 Mercedes GLK250, the little bracket to hold the connector was a nice touch. Also the clips to connect the wires are easy to use.

Received quickly and installed right away. All was well until I tested the plug. No ground or tail lights. The snap locks didn't make positive contact with the trailer wires. I had to cut them out and use butt connectors and then all was well. Other than the snap locks the kit is great. And I didn't snap any screws off installing it. It looks like it was on there from the factory.

My aftermarket plug had corroded and this worked to replace a length of wire and a new plug.

Worked great. I did a small modification for my situation but it would have worked without that change. I is more sturdy than I expected.

After fighting two a 4-wire round to 4-wire flat adapters that were wired incorrectly, I decided to install a new flat connector. Clipped to the existing wiring and mounted on my RV's bumper.

There is probably enough wire on the connector to go all the way to the control module. However on my car it was almost impossible to get access to the control module. I ended up cutting all but about 8" of the wires off and splicing it to the existing wires. The most difficult part of the installation for me was getting the old connector off. Whoever had installed it originally had the screw on top and I could not get a screwdriver into the slots. I ended up having to cut the old screws off with a grinder.
