Hey its a trailer hitch, it works. The 1/2 hour install time is a joke. More like 3 hours. 1/2 hour if you have a brand new clean car, not a 5 year old Kia Soul. It fit perfect but you better have a breaker bar and an impact wrench to remove old bolts and put new ones in. The wiring harness also good but 1 wire too short, add a splice and it was perfect, easy electric hookup. After skinned knuckles and effort I could only give 4 stars, if it came with a mechanic it would get 5.
