While the screw on caps are a bit scratchy the shakers are perfect size for rubs, coarser spices and dusting I used the dusting top for adding cinnamon to French toast and the evenness was just perfect. These dredges are functional and priced right.

Two of the canisters have raw and rather sharp edges on lid and canister. One has nice rolled and finished edges on lid and canister. The plastic lid covers are a real positive feature. Makes for keeping flour, sugar, salt, bread crumbs etc fresher.The canisters are a decent weight. Basically a good product but those sharp-ish edges should be washed or wiped out with care.

These is a great set of stainless steel shakers. I LOVE that they all have covers so I can leave the contents in them for easy future use.I used teio of them in the kitchen for icing sugar and cinnamon. The other one, I actually use around the house with baking soda to deodorize our couch and carpets. All three make for easy dispensing, the lids do not fall off and each hold a good quantity.Overall I would recommend!

got these because i love to bake, and somewhat cook, and thought these would come in handy : the fine one for icing sugar/flour, mid-size for sugar/cinnamon, the big one for heavier spices or cheese.these are fairly heavy, so i think they will last well. this set comes with 3-10oz shakers:-1 fine mesh-1 small hole-1 large holeeach shaker has a metal 'shaker' lid, and then a plastic cover lid. the plastic lid is a little hard to get off. you have to pull rather than twist, otherwise both lids comes off.at the current price of $22.50/3 ($7.50/each) i would say they are an ok price, and will probably recommend.

The only complaint I have is the finishing of the medium-hole cups, which had sharp edges. You could cut yourself if you are washing it carelessly.I'm not sure why they didn't polish it because the edges of fine mesh cups were all polished well.Overall, they are a great way to organize spices and powders as long as you put some name tags on them.
