This item was perfect as a gift to my parents to tell them that they were going to be great grandparents. I had my daughter's ultrasound picture on one side and on the other side it said "Only the Best Grandmas get promoted to Great Grandmas" it was adorable! I was so pleased with it the moment it arrived. The size of the writing was perfectly placed, the quality of the cup was amazing, no chips, no scratches. I love the quality of the photo it was clear and exactly like the picture. I also really appreciated the packaging it came in. The box was so cute I didn't even bother wrapping it. I just gave it to them just like that.

So I was not sure if the color in the images I created and then used for the cup would come out. The colors came out just great and just as the images I uploaded. The colors, text font and words I entered did too. My Daughter loved the cup. You design it, and they make it. Cup is solid and dishwasher safe. Very pleased and I will be ordering more gifts from them.

I'm a collector of art.And this was perfect for my love of the artist work.You can microwave no problem.Dish washer safe and the photo came out clear as well as quality perfect.DurabiIity,dropped it once on hard tile kitchen floor.Not one chip that's amazing or lucky lol.Colors came out perfect and love the size.But really great buy.Perfect holiday gifts.

I ordered this customized mug on the afternoon of Dec 3, and it was delivered on the 7th. That is super quick for a customized item, and left me amazed. I was also amazed by the quality. This looked exactly like what I had created.I had another mug that I ordered from a company that was based on China. Not only did they take longer to make the product, shipping tracking was a nightmare. I feared the product wouldn't arrive by Christmas, so I returned to this company to create a replacement. While the Chinese product did arrive later than estimated, the picture on it was crooked, printed in reduced quality, and had an ugly yellow filter placed over it. I'm so glad I ordered the replacement from this company. That replacement was ordered in the afternoon and created, packaged, and shipping label printed by that same night.I cannot thank you guys enough for your dedication to quality and quick delivery. You really came through when another company failed, and I can't wait to give my daughters the mugs that I ordered for them.

You can literally put anything you want on this. I got this as a christmas gift for someone and it turned out so funny. It's actually a pretty nice mug and the printed picture on it looked really good. The picture turned out really clear and was positioned very nicely.
