Update:They saw my review and kindly offered a refund and told me they were going to work on the issues I describe. Added a star for top tier customer service.:end updateThese are super cute but they aren't as heavy as I'd like. My daughters collection of hardcover dog man books is too heavy to be supported by these. We made it work, because they are so cute, but don't buy it you actually need the weight.
