Works well. A few issues so only 4 stars. The arm was difficult to insert into the hole in the post - eventually went in and now goes in and out easily enough. The ruler on the arm is wrong and confusing, the cutting blade is not at the zero point. Use the ruler on the base. And you will have to hold the glass firmly while cutting, some rubber feet will help as other reviewers have noted.Anyone with glass cutting experience should have little to no trouble with this. (I've been cutting art glass for 3 years.) If you're new, get some help and learn about how to cut circles. And glass from different manufacturers cuts differently

This is cheaply made and hardly functional. It will cut a circle but I would hardly call it repeatable. You have to have an Allen wrench to adjust it because I am assuming wing nuts or thumb screws would have cost more. Very hard to get one of the six wheels pointed downward because they wanted to rotate when you tightened the Allen screw (washer would have been too expensive?) The base is slick plastic and that makes it nearly impossible to hold small pieces of glass in one place. The handle binds and has to be shaken sometimes to get it to break free, Cut about fifty circles of various sizes with it before we reverted to free cutting by hand. Several reviewers commented that you can add a piece of rubber to the base, but the fact I have to modify it to make it functional say a lot about how junky this is.

Does not cut only scratches the glass. I had to order a different tool to cut circles.

Only gave two stars as it will actually do the job, unless you are looking for precise cuts. Massive play in the round rod and arm itself. They drilled 12mm hole and use 11.7mm shaft. I understand a bushing is too much to ask for the money but they could've reamed a 12mm hole and used 12mm shaft. Square bar is not at 90 degrees to the round bar. Also, considering the price, they could've used thumbsrcews instead of plain hex screws. Aluminium casting is also ... (Massive craters. Saw it as I reamed the hole in the arm to 16mm for a bushing.)Definitely not worth the money (I would have no problem paying more if they had a decent quality cutter in stock).
