Excellent And Stable Friction Level
In order to make the brake pads reach the excellent and stable friction level of the vehicle in all weather. During production, different parameters in the friction material are strictly controlled, and the vehicle speed, brake pressure, temperature, and mechanical, physical and chemical influences are also considered.
Low Dust:
The friction material will generate dust particles during braking, which is the result of wear. We use a low-wear formula that can reduce dust emissions, extend the life of the brake pads, and help protect the environment.
Material:
The friction material of the brake pad is less metal and non-asbestos, containing brass and DuPont Kevlar fiber. The backplane is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer is wrapped with a corrosion-resistant black surface spray paint coating.
Several situations where brake pads must be replaced:
- When the wear indicator on the brake pad touches the brake disc;
- When the thickness of the brake pad is less than the minimum maintenance standard allowed by the vehicle manufacturer;
- When the brake pads are contaminated by oil or grease;
Remember!
- Never use oil or lubricant when maintaining and cleaning the brake pads. These ingredients will be absorbed by the brake pads, resulting in reduced braking performance and increased driving danger!

These are decent looking brake pads. No extra hardware, shims or retaining clip included. The front pads (marked as #381) are too thick to install on my 2007 Sportster 883L even with the caliper pistons fully retracted. I decided to not use the OEM pads shims which barely gave me enough clearance to install them.
