Good product . My daughter age 6 could do it . My daughter who is 5 struggled a little bit. Size of the pieces are decent . Good quality for the price. Cute and easy to use. Would buy again in different theme:)

My grandkids loved learning how to sew with this kit. I will say that since they are 6 and 8 years old, the kit was hard for them. You have to push the plastic needle pretty hard to get it through to the other side, and even my fingers/thumb were hurting after I finished one of the crafts. Some of the holes weren't fully cut through, making it even harder to get the needle through. Maybe older kids would have an easier time doing this. My grandkids still loved doing as much as they could and watching me do the rest lol.

My granddaughter loved it. We made the mermaid with plans to make another each time I visit. But the guidance is minimal. It shows a certain look to the stitches, but I could not figure out how to make it look that way. We just did running stitches. Yet she and I did have fun working together. She wants me to order the kit with the boba cup!

These are cute, colors as shown. A 5 year old can sew the pieces together and stick the stickers on. The child has some choices as to where to put many of the stickers, and also choice of 3 thread colors and stitch style. But a 5 yr old cannot free the many tiny stickers from their base; they have to be cut off, and the included scissors are useless. Adult with nail scissors might get most of the stickers out, but end up with a sticky mess. Thinking that the stickers won't hold (as another reviewer said) I tacked them down with needle and thread, very unpleasant because the sticky part of the stickers got all over the needle, making it hard to sew. Also needed 10 colors of thread. This method requires attaching the stickers first, and piecing things togerher after that. And the child didn't want to wait for the sewing. Possibly the child could use these as christmas ornaments, so I added a little string loop to hang them.
