Installed on the tailgate of my 2001 Toyota Tacoma. Tailgate is bent outwards in the center leaving a gap between the bed cover and the tailgate when closed. This weather strip closed the gap perfectly and prevents water from getting inside the bed. I used weather strip adhesive to ensure it wouldn't lift off the plastic bed liner on the inside of the tailgate. Highly recommend it.

replaced old seal with this one....will work for time being....seal will not compress as much as I thought it would...using as a seal between tailgate and bed cover on a gm pickup

Put between the bed and cab of my f150 because of the notorious leaking of the cabin vents that are nearly impossible to replace. Working as i intended it to and is holding up well.

While the stripping itself is great at doing it's job of keeping the elements out the adhesive is terrible. And the product fails as a whole of it can't stay attached to a surface.
