Once installed it worked just great but the mounting holes did not match the plate or any of the holes pre drilled. Had to drill my own? Otherwise it it working and it quieter than the old one.Four starts for saying it works with my model but holes don't line up.

I’m not going to use this fan motor simply because it is not a aftermarket replacement to me. The capacitor is a 25uf and not a 7.5uf and the wires are way larger in diameter. When free spinning the shaft, it seems to lope or not spins smooth and freely like most of the other Coleman / Fasco fan motors I’ve installed. If I ever actually install it, I will update the review. This one just seems very different from the original equipment and I don’t want to invest time installing it, only for it not to work or have issues.

I bought this item and installed it with great difficulty and I am VERY mechanical. It’s not a direct replacement by any stretch of the imagination. My fans casing had braces to attach it to the AC frame at 3 places on one end and 2 places on the other. I had to drill holes in my AC housing to attach the fan. This fan motor has NO braces. They did not include ANY instructions for installing it, other than to tell you to watch a video! Also, there was NOT a ground that came with it. Now we come to installing the capacitor- my old one only had 2 terminals and the new one has 6 or 8 posts. I left my old installed and it works. I’m only writing this review to clear up the misinformation and lack of available information that’s provided.

I ordered this air conditioner motor for the A/C unit on my RV. The A/C unit is a 2004 Coleman Mach E and is listed as one that this motor should fit.It is the correct motor, and the fan blades fit on the shaft perfectly, but the screw studs don't line up with any mounting plate holes, so I had to drill 4 new holes while making sure the support bracket stud on the front of the motor lines up with one of the holes on the support bracket.They included a new capacitor with the motor which was a different rating than my old one. I used the new one and it starts up and runs like a charm.Overall, very pleased, but be aware it's not just a simple swap. You need to customize the holes for mounting.

This item arrived in 2 days.My RV A/C motor has been rattling for some time but delayed the fix because of limited use. I ordered this motor and would you know it, by the time this arrived it started screaming and the bearings were gone.Great replacement just when required.

I used this motor to replace a burnt out shop fan motor. It has the same horsepower, shape, size, and other characteristics as my OEM motor, and works the same. This motor is about half the cost of a similar motor I priced locally. I'm happy with it so far.
