These are my 3rd set of crossbar pads. I have ones for round and square bars but now have a camper shell with aero bars. These are a TERRIBLE fit. I also tried them on another manufacturer's aero style bars and same problem. They are too small, the velcro closures barely touch each other. Very disappointing. They are a lovely visual design but a horrible functional design.

I have a 28" wide paddleboard, so it seemed that this would work for me. Wrong. The 28" refers to the bottom portion that is in contact with the cross rails. Because the pads slant inward moving from bottom to top of the pad, the actual usable area for my board to sit on is closer to 24". As the rails of the board are elevated above the deck, when placed upside down on the pads, the rails slid down the slant of the pad, making them ineffective for their purpose. Very disappointed the length was not clarified in the listing.
