Reading other’s tips and feedback from solved for my questions and any challenges that arose. I was able to easily use these bits to remove three headless screws.

I recently bought an expensive portable gas generator. I accidentally stripped the first screw on the cover I needed to remove in order to connect generator's start-up battery. That one stripped screw made the generator an expensive, useless brick. I ordered this kit and because the kit did not contain instructions, I watched a YT video about how to use screw extractor kits. (Spray the screw with lubricant; drill in reverse!) I was able to bore into the screw, then use a compatible extractor to remove the screw. My only problem was that I discovered my favorite small drill wouldn't clamp onto the extractor tightly enough for it to turn. Switched to my larger drill which held the extractor tightly and released the screw. I was soooo relieved! The drill bits and extractors are solid steel; great quality.

These drill bits (or whatever they’re called) were definitely not strong enough to indent my broken screw. I saw other reviews saying the same thing, but I hoped for the best. HOWEVER, while using this tool I was able to get the screw to unscrew just a little bit, which then led me to be able to remove the screw with my fingers. I would not recommend this tool, however, it technically did help me get out my screw, but not as intended.

Used it to extract a screw on outdoor swing that is rusted outside and lost its treads to grip on to the screw driver. It worked as advertised and saved the swing
