I have been using this for 5 months and it works great. No tears. Make sure have it at an angle so that any water can properly drain.

The mounting hardware included is garbage but the rest of it is pretty good. Sorta wish the top of the awning was a bit thicker and blocked a bit more light but it does a good job. Oh and it works like a champ in the rain slept under it in a hammock during a down pour and was dry as can be.Overall it does its job room for some improvement but I do not regret the purchase especially for the price.

I put mine up and down by myself !! I have added springs to the ropes for tie down and havent had a stack pull out yet !
