I had a drip from the current diverter and was hesitant when this new one arrived-- -the nut to hold the diverter in place was slightly larger than what existed-- the diverter itself was perfect... It went in without an issue (lubricated with some vegetable oil) and the current packing nut was applied, This solved my water pressure problem saving me the need to rip into the wall. I hope they keep making this,

Excellent replacement part for my worn oil Diverter stem. Taking out the old stem was time consuming and i needed my neighbor's help to get it out. alot of residue on the old one probably kept it tight in the space. The new part went in without any resistance and the valve seat was swapped out in 30 seconds. No more leaking from the faucet spout. Thanks!

Forced to buy this overpriced part because I couldn't find OEM American(Mexican) standard. Very difficult to remove old diverter. Absolutely no difference. Replaced hot and cold stems too, and all three knobs feel like they don't even close properly now. Don't waste your money on this Chinese crap. I am infuriated. To add insult to injury Amazon won't let me do a free return via UPS dropoff point, have to drive 20 mins to Staples.LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE NOWADAYS NOTHING IS MADE LIKE IT WAS JUST A FEW YEARS AGO THIS IS GETTING OLD!

Very well made, perfect fit for my circa 1980 American Standard tub & shower faucet diverter. Note that a cartridge puller made for a Moen faucet worked fine for removing my old diverter. I applied a little silicone plumber’s grease to all the threads and O-rings and it went together very easily, works like new.

Purchased to replace 40+ year old shower faucet diverter inner workings. Important to know size and type needed, discerned that at local Home Depot that had similar parts for hot and cold faucets, but not the diverter. Checked Amazon, part was available at similar price as Home Depot and arrived within two days. Installing stopped leaking shower head.

I was dissapointed by KISSLER RBK4110 rebulid kit and give a try on this other brand. Completely different experience. The quality of the brass is better. It feels stronger and this does not leak.

Fitts and works. It came opened and missing an o ring seal. Thank God I had spares. It's like it was a return and a o ring seal went missing. Need better quality checks. 4th time something from Amazon came open and missing something.
