I have worn this so far in low 20 degree weather and kept my face warm. Surprised on how thin and light it is and still good at blocking some of the wind.

Stretches so that it goes over the head easily. Sufficient material to cover your nose/mouth [and ears] from taking the brunt of cold, windy conditions. Of course, I’d also recommend a stocking cap in those conditions.
