I bought several pairs of these light hiker socks for a trip to Germany to attend a metal music festival. These socks hold up great. They’re comfortable, don’t bunch up or slide down, and they dry quickly if they get wet. I had washed a couple of pairs out with water while camping and I just hung them out to dry. I also like how these are the perfect height to wear with my Lowa hiking boots. I can’t recommend these Darn Tough socks enough!

Once I thought paying so much for individual socks was utter madness! Now, I am a loyal Darn Tough sock consumer. Every paycheck is dedicated to purchasing one pair until I obtain a weeks worth of each variation. Comfortable cushioning without issues of overheating or sweaty feet. LOVE THESE SOCKS. I wear them for hiking and daily. If I must wear another sock, I am digusted with their inferiority.

Darn Tough socks are the best socks I've ever worn. They're the only socks I've found where the toe seam doesn't irritate my tender feet. I can't feel it at all. They fit very smoothly and stay in place all day long. If they're tough enough to keep my big toe from poking through—they're perfect.

Have purchased these socks from local retailer before and found them to be well made, comfortable for walking and durable. The pair I got this time through Amazon fit my feet much tighter, especially around ankle area. I still find quality to be great, but wish fit was a little less snug.

I do a lot of walking and cross country skiing. These are the most comfortable socks I’ve owned and keep their shape after washing. Amazing quality.

These socks were a bit tight on my feet on the top of my foot. But i have a high instep so that might contribute to the issue.These socks are warm and are not bulky so perfect for summer hiking.I have worn them for several miles of hiking without any evidence of disrepair.I wash in cold and hang to dry (i hate high maintenance clothing but for $30 a pair, you gotta look after them)My feet have been wet and stayed warm and comfortable.Worth the money.
