I'm a Smartwool fan in general, so I tend to opt for their products when I can. These socks are probably my favorite version of a Smartwool sock that I've purchased. They're perfect weight for everyday wear, but do great on a hike as well. My feet weren't sweaty and hot, and no blisters appeared. They're a great color and great fit. I wear an 8 in shoes and the medium fits perfectly. Definitely buying more of this type for my long-distance backpacking trip next year.

Smart wool is the best for hiking. The padding is great and the socks stay up. They wash well and no blisters as the wool wicks up moisture. Size is on target.

Great socks. Expensive but worth it. My feet feel so great in these socks. Massaged and supported and padded. The only problem is once you get a pair of these there’s no going back to ordinary socks.

These socks are my go to for cold weather golf. They keep my feet dry and warm. Great for under my boots, too. I have four pair!

I bought two pair of smart wool socks for multiple reasons: (1) They last forever; (2) the different levels of cushioning let me pick a pair I knew would make one pair of walking shoes I own fit better (because they were a little too wide for me). They’re perfectly comfortable now. Then I had another pair of shoes that fit me perfectly but I was greedy so wanted the comfort of smart wool socks as well - so I chose a lighter cushion. Now, for years (and years!) I will have guaranteed foot comfort in two pair of shoes, one pair of which would have had to go on the donate pile if not for these wonderful socks. Thank you, Smart Wool!

Great pair of hiking socks. Good snug but not tight fit. Only con is that they ball real easily after just one wash.

These are brilliant socks, we've made the switch to Smartwool from Bridgedales - as they're thinner on the top of your foot your feet don't get half as sweaty. Well worth it.

I have not tried these yet on an extensive hike. However they have been great on regular walks. Will soon test them out on an extended 2-weeks hiking trip.

Smart wool socks are the best socks to keep your feet warm for winter weather without being bulky. Your feet never get hot and for anyone whose toes can cramp in socks you can rest assured it will not happen with these. Great to wear with winter boots. They never stretch out or fall down and 100% prevent blisters as well if you go hiking. Highly recommend!
