This worked perfect on a Samsung wf448 aap xaa02 front load washer. It is easy to install once you take the front of the machine off. It would be nice if Samsung made an easy access panel to get to this unit as it appears it fails quite often. I can't comment on the longevity of the unit as it has just been replaced. The unit looks exactly like the OEM part though.

Pros: cheap, fast, fit and I just accidentally ordered another one.Cons: OEM failed after 10yrs, this one failed after 20 months

Six loads in so far with this pump, works fine, no difference from the original.Start from the beginning, I got the “ND†flashing on the panel. Google search led me to the pump being bad. After watching a couple videos I tore into the washer. You have to start at the top to get to the pump at the bottom. Keep track of what you are doing, what screws go where and how the pieces go together. I’d suggest having the new pump before tearing it down.I also suggest cleaning out the hoses while you are in there. There was plenty of nasty in mine even though I had done monthly cleaning.Easy to put the new pump on. Hooked everything up and went to work on getting the washer back together. That wire around the door gasket had me ready to go buy a new machine! I got it together and am happy to say the pump does it’s job for a lot less than the OEM part. I wasn’t sure about buying this one but it works well. I’ve done 6-7 loads since putting it in and so far so good. For $20 I figure it has already paid for itself. I’ll update the review if it quits but as for now I can’t say anything bad. .Oh, the first one that showed up was broken, dropped in transit I’d say, but Amazon replaces it within two days. Stuff happens, how it is handled makes a difference and this was handled well.

Just received and installed today! Perfect fit and fixed the ND (no drain) error. Works as expected. Saved me $1000.00 from having to buy a new machine. Best $20.00 spent. Will update to 5 stars once it exceeds 6 months longevity. For now we're back up and running!

Arrived quickly. replaced the original one with out issue. We are back to washing clothes. Hopefully it lasts as long as the original
