The pattern of this box reminded me of my mom's old sewing basket and it's very pretty in person. It seems sturdy and has enough room for a beginner just getting into sewing.

a large, pretty, neatly made sewing basket which will go under the christmas tree for my daughter. it is lovely outside with clean lines inside. it has a nice removeable tray. the accessories are surprisingly good.

Loved how well it was crafted, and has a really nice stock of sewing threads and accessories to get any project started. I already had a sewing box that was maybe 50 years old and ugly so it was a joy to replace my old one with this very special one. Just wish the top inner lid wasn't a silk like fabric because I always like to stick my needles somewhere fast and that fabric just isn't great for that. Love it tho!

I got this in a used-like new condition and it was. I got the flower pattern, it reminded me of the old sewing baskets I seen growing up. The quality itself is good, the magnetic closure never fails...even when really stuffing it. I am able to fit a lot in this, so I am not sure what some others are saying it is so tiny. Right now I have about 30 loose spools of thread, two plastic boxes each holding 30 small spools, a very large spool, 4 pair of scissors, thread snips, a mini iron (wand), a decent size container with all of my pins that has a pumpkin attached to the top, multiple tape measures...and that is just in the underneath...in the tray I have all my seam splitters, chalk, marking pens, all my feet, extra needles for my machine, regular sewing needles, etc. Like I said, I can fit a lot in here and still be able to close it all. This is a great starter set that comes with it and a good deal, especially for what I paid for it. I bought this one because in comparison to the Singer brand baskets, this was much larger in comparison. Check out measurements before ordering anything to save yourself some grief, but to rate lower due to size is kind of crazy when measurements are listed...this one truly is larger than most I seen, so if this is still to small, you may need something specially made or just use sterilite containers or something because you won't find much larger anywhere online from what I seen.

Cute little basket — I ordered it because of the color. Contents were substandard . The picture is misleading . The scissors would maybe cut thread but nothing else. I sent it back . Was not worth what I paid for it

This sewing box is beautiful. I bought it for a xmas gift for my sister and she loved it tooIt comes with a lot of sewing items, and it came as advertised. Only problem was the long wait for it to arrive.

The only issue I have with this sewing kit is weak plastic handle and the really bad ugly plastic gold trim around the edge. Looks tacky and cheap. Almost childish like something on a kids toy doll bed.

Little sewing basket came with an additional travel kit with everything you might need to repair; and the main basket came with a measuring tape, scissors. My only complaint is that it is quite small. I will have to get another one for all my buttons!
