I bought these suitcases for my adult daughter for Christmas. I made the top suitcase into a sewing organizing kit. The bottom case holds her material. She has them stacked on the floor next to her sewing machine with a candle and basket on top. This gives the look of decorative furniture, but yet keeps her sewing items readily available and organized. The suitcases are sturdy. I'm not sure I would use them for traveling, but they work well for storage and decoration. They can add a little charm to the room sitting next to a couch or chair as an end table. They are sturdy enough to hold a lamp. I plan on repeating this gift idea for an upcoming bridal shower.

These are excellent! I purchased them for extra storage, to hold clutter items, small electronics, etc. They're great for that purpose. They're sturdy; no closure or structural integrity problems to report.One thing: the color is markedly different from the product photos. I have no idea how they could've possibly photographed them to get that warm beige, unless they were photoshopped. I read another review that called the color "military burlap" — agreed. It is a greyish/greenish color. But this was fine for me; I think it's a nice, natural color. I've attached a doctored image to show what they're actually like.

Looks great. Sturdy wood cases that I use to hide magazines and mail by my recliner. However be forewarned, the latches are very delicate and will come apart. I managed to put the latch back on, but now I know they are really decorative not for holding it together like a suitcase.

LOOKED LOVELY AT FIRST, BUT HAD A BAD ODOR TO IT! I PUT A FEW ITEMS IN IT, AND PICKED IT UP TO PUT IT BY MY SOFA AND THE HANDLE BROKE. BEWARE, CHEAP GARBAGE IN MY OPINION. CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID FOR IT!

Disappointed in the way the lids were not aligned properly and the clasps could not work well due to the alignment problem. Like it for decorative purposes but would be afraid to pick it up by the handles is I had anything in it.

Purchased for photo props. Very sturdy! My 3 year old can sit on them with her feet dangling with no fear of caving them in. Color is slightly more olive-toned than tan, but am happy with them!Additional info: someone asked about the lining- attached is a picture of the inside of he suitcase.

Beautiful good quality color exactly as shown I placed the smaller box on my large sofa table it holds keys - sunglasses - glasses ect I put the larger box on the floor for magazine storage and a decorative item very please with this item

This is used for my photography as props. These are well made suitcases & look vintage. It can hold some weight to it. It came in a set of 2 & is very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
