I have a vintage Christmas pin with a bell dangle that had, over the years, become chipped which exposed the gray base metal underneath. I use this pen to touch up the rim of the bell and it’s absolutely beautiful! The ink flowed smoothly, covered evenly (not too thin or thick), and the cap reattached securely. I suspect this versatile pen will serve my crafty habits well in the future. I get the impression that once it dries well, it will be a durable finish. The product does have a mild odor during application, but nothing oppressive. I highly recommend this ink pen. It’s a great value and a great product!

I found no problem with this product working well. Primed well and dried very nicely and added a beautiful finish to this decoupaged shell. The smell is not over powering and very fun to use. Looking forward to using this on other crafts. this gold color would look great for Christmas ornament crafts.

Very fun, I can't stop gilding everything. I've gilded edges of pokemon cards, jewelry, hair clips, and some other misc stuff. It goes on very smooth and looks super nice.

This is the best gold marker I've discovered! I'm so glad I gave this one a shot. In the past I've tried the Sharpie brand in gold and it wasn't vibrant and had more brown than gold in its color. If you are wanting a nice true to gold color, this is the marker for you. I used it to outline some seashells that I painted just to give a more elevated look and it worked perfectly.

The color is so pretty! Works well on paper, okay on plastic, and barely stays on metal. Smells like paint but smell doesn't linger. It lost one star because because it doesn't write smoothly. I can only use the point that's on the side. Think I got a dud, but it works and that's great. Will reorder when I run out. Recommend.

Wow this paint pen packs a punch. The paint flows evenly through the tip and comes out evenly and smooth. I will be ordering more to have on hand. I received a checkered bunny that was a hot mess. It was unevenly painted so I thought I could use this paint pen to outline it and give it another chance. It totally worked and salvaged this little trinket. I recommend this paint pen!

I'm using this to "gold-plate" the edges of resin coasters and actual agate slices. It goes on easily and really looks like gold leaf. I've tried a LOT of different gold markers over the years, and this is one of the best I've used. I'd love to get it in a fine point for decorating Christmas ornaments as well, but the chisel point is perfect for covering largish areas quickly.
