The toilet was easy to install had an issue with shipping but customer service was easy to work with and awesome. The functions are nice but wish this toilet had auto open and close.

Everything about this toilet is great, except..the auto lid and auto flush. I specifically chose this bidet toilet because it had ALL of the bells and whistles and we do love it. The issue is our toilet is in the open bathroom so evertime we walk in or out or go to get in the shower the lid opens. The auto flush is nice except in the middle of the night when you're trying to be quiet and don't necessarily want it to flush. I wish these features had a disable button or you could control it through and app. I highly recommend the toilet, but ideally it should be in a water closet/separate toilet space to avoid these frustrations.

First, it's nice to have a heated seated and being able to washup. I appreciate the heated water coming out as well. The fan is nice although I don't use it because it's basically blowing all the stink around.Things that could improve;1. Noise level. This thing is loud. It sounds similar to a toilet on an airliner, loud swish noise. The positive is that there is no bowl to fill with water so it's not loud for super long, but it is very noticeable outside of the bathroom when someone is flushing.2. If you are sitting on the toilet when flushing you will get your bits misted by the water.Overall, for the price, this is a great deal. Would still buy one over the thousand dollar plus "premium" toilets out there.
