This toilet was well packed and safe. Delivery guys put it right where I asked. The tank is small but does not look funny. My old toilet was massive. It used 3 times as much water as the new toilet. The bowl is a good shape and the water sits low in it. It flushes very quickly and thoroughly. It all refills after a flush quickly too. I added a cheap bidet and it works perfectly however the seat it comes with feels like a quality seat. I am saving the seat for another toilet.I installed it solo. Putting it on the wax ring was the most tricky part but moving it around and getting it into the bathroom was easy. It’s not super heavy and you can grip it in the back under the tank and at the front of the bowl. I guess a good amount of people might struggle to move the toilet around by themselves and it’s way better to have help. I couldn’t get help with it so just went ahead with it.I’m only making this review because the toilet was so excellent. Seat height is good. One thing to mention that may help is that when you connect your water supply to the tank, the inlet connection on the tank side has an adapter already installed on it and for me that was preventing the water supply hose from being able to connect. I took off the adapter and the hose connected perfectly. You may need the adapter, it’s a smaller thread than the actual water inlet connection. So be aware if you try to screw on the water hose and it doesn’t fit.Enjoy your new toilet and say goodbye to the old one that doesn’t work properly.

The only reason I ordered this one was bc it has a smooth base which means it doesnt collect dust and it was the BEST decision i could've made. I'll never go back to toilets with the stupid outline of the plumbing.It fits perfectly in my small bathroom and 6'2 boyfriend fits on it just fine. It looked abnormally small when I unboxed it but trust me, it looks great in place!! My only complaint is that the shipping was crazy expensive. Likely bc the box is huge and heavy. For the price of shipping I could've just gone to home depot in person to pick one up and saved myself $100.

The toilet is nice looking and compact which is what I needed for my bathroom. It was fairly easy to install, but the weight may require two people to help get it lined up properly with the bolts. I had to move my water supply line over a few inches to avoid the back of the toilet hitting the shut off valve (I soldered a 90 copper elbow and shifted the direction of the shut off to the left instead of coming straight out).I took one star off because I am skeptical about the long term effects of the interior components. They are quite flimsy and appear to be very cheaply manufactured. I am hopeful that these pieces can be replaced with better quality items later on (if needed). I also think they could have put in a few extra dollars to build a better quality and more durable seat for those of us who require something more substantial.

Arrived well packaged. Like this enough that we replaced two of our current toilets with this.Looks good. It does have a smaller overall size because the tank portion is not as tall or wide as other toilets but the elongated seat is what you'd expect and that is what matters more to me.Some other review stated something about needing to get an adapter to hook up the water. On our toilet, the water connection already had the 1/2 adapter installed which I didn't recognize at first and was almost ready to also go to hardware store and get more parts, but once I went back to review the paperwork, I saw the adapter mentioned and felt silly. You will be good to go for either 1/2 or 7/8. The product description also states this is included.It is trickier to install if doing it all by yourself because the bolts are hidden inside the side wells. I used 2x4 to block it up and verify position above the flange and bolts before then removing the blocks and setting into place.I'm happy to have a good looking toilet that is easy to clean around.

My installer said it was very well packed for shipping. He was pleased with the ease of installation. He had to shift some of the water lines because of our old installation.Since I use it has been okay.

the flush is like tossing a cup of water into the toilet. clogs about 2x per week for no reason due to the incredibly weak flush. i have never clogged a toilet in my life until this one. if you eat taco bell, don’t even GLANCE at this toilet. extremely difficult to access the bolts for install due to the hidden design. i hate this toilet so much i’m throwing it out 2 months after purchasing, wasting the money and buying a more expensive model. did i mention how terrible this toilet is?? do not buy!!

I wanted to modernize our bathroom. This toilet is awesome. Same as any other toilet hookup wax ring, Two bolts connect water line.People actually pay to have these things installed 🤷â€â™‚ï¸. I don't get it If you have hands and eyes.All you do is put the wax ring on the bottom of the toilet so the funnel side goes into the pipe. Line up your two bolts with your two holes on the bottom of the toilet, seat it, tighten your bolts. Connect the water line which is the same as screwing on the cap of a soda bottle And your done. ( Watch out. I had to take the thread converter off and use the bigger threads on the back of the toilet)In my world I get upset when I see people pay good money to do something, You were provided with hands. All you have to do is use them, and it's free.
