When I decided to update my computer, I looked around for a desktop that had all the functionality I needed. I don't play games on my computer, so I did not need any high-tech computer just a good one for emails and some projects for work. The speed is quick, and I don't often have to wait more than 2 seconds for things to load. It is a compact size that takes very little room on my desk. I have never played games on it so I cannot speak to that function of this computer. I also like this computer because it was inexpensive.

The motherboard was welded to the case I was unable to get out motherboard due to this issue! It came in 100% damaged and made me spend an extra few thousand on another PC!The front panel was also cracked and broken scuffs on the whole case(not from shipping)The cooler for the cpu doesn't work and the CPU would get 10 degrees away from the throttle limit

8 months old and use it many hours every day. Only issues is wireless mouse died after a couple months otherwise very good computer.

Computer is working great came right up fast easy to install my drives along with the drives that came with it. Only issue I had was the Bluetooth/wireless dongle that came with the computer Bluetooth wasn't work and only could use my 2G internet not my 5G, but I had the dongles from my old system and they work great. Other than that the system is work really well.

System arrived ahead of time and in good condition.Not using for gaming and did not require technical support, so no rating for those.Plug and play. Connected it and it just worked.Mine came with:Windows 10 Pro (Pleasant surprise)Wireless keyboard and mouseWireless and Bluetooth adaptors1 TB (onboard) solid state hard drive2 TB auxiliary drive32 GB RAMVery easy to work on case is opened and all drives can be accessed without tools.Very happy with the purchaseThat being said… (and most of the below was not advertised, just given as an FYI)System will not update to Windows 11 (Incompatible processor)No external drive bays. Uses laptop style optical drive.2 internal drive bays for 2.5†drives. (Again laptop style)One internal drive tray for a single 3.5†drive.No VGA. (Although a daughter board can be purchased)Only came with one 2.5†drive tray. (No tray for potential second drive)That tray was third party (used screws) and was missing one.These are just technical details, and should not reflect poorly on the vendor. (Well. Other than the missing screw)I received what was promised, and then some.Again, very happy with the purchase.

In very good shape I slap in 2x 1TB SSD unplugged the cd-rom drive and put in a RX 6400 gpu and shes working great! I managed to take off that secured boot style windows 10 and put NixOS cause GNU/Linux is the only way to go with all my computers ;) Only really problem is that HDD LED light doesint work, but oh well.
