Fast SSD, quiet fan, arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was very good. It came with a mouse, keyboard, power cable and HDMI cable. It booted up and worked first time. It's great value for the price. I don't do gaming, it meets and exceeds all my needs.

This is far from plug and play. It came with no documentation at all. It has no VGA Port so I had to wait several days to get a VGA-DP adapter to even get started. The wireless adapter could not find my Netgear router sitting about 15 feet away or my printer less than 10 feet away, but it could see my HP laptop over 20 feet away. I had to use a 15-year old WiFi dongle to get connected. It came with a Jedel wireless keyboard and mouse - also with no documentation and there is no documentation available online. If it was supposed to have a USB plugin, it wasn't there. If they are supposed have integral Bluetooth, the computer couldn't find them so they are completely useless. Yes, it was cheap and has 16 Gb of RAM and a Serial port that I could use and its faster than the 8 year old WIN 10 box its replacing. I have been using PC's for 40 years so I'm no Noob. But this one's been so frustrating to get set up that I'm seriously considering returning it.

I order renewed pc's on a regular basis. I am happy with the quality of these orders. I needed to upgrade to windows 11 for networking needs that windows 10 no longer has and to be up to date on support.

PC came well packaged and looks like brand new. Setup was uneventful except for the external speakers not working. I emailed the seller (Tek Refurbs) and they were back to me within the hour with a software update that resolved the issue. I am completely satisfied with my new PC. and the great service I was provided by the vendor. I Highly recommend them!

We bought this PC for a new salesman, but did not open it until he started a few weeks ago. The PC immediately crashed to BSOD and despite repeated attempts to reset, etc., it never worked. We are outside of the return window and Green Tech offers no help on repair or replacement. I expected more from a Windows 11 PC, even a refurb. I highly recommend that you seek out other refurb sellers on Amazon.

It works great and all the specs are as the title mentions. there was a mishap from the seller with the WiFi card but the seller immediately corrected it and sent me the part. However that part unfortunately ended up being faulty ( not due to seller since it was new in the box but from the manufacturer), and after costing me a few days and contacting the seller a few times I got No help from seller to replace that part ( they could simply have processes a replacement with the part seller that was on amazon too). instead I ended up buying the needed part . after mentioning it to seller they just said ok and didn't want to stand by their product by perhaps offering the 7 single dollar refund. that tells a lot about the seller.at the end I gave them 3 stars since besides this issue all else is ok and as advertised. but remember it did not arrive as advertised and originally it was faulty and had no internal wifi card.

Computer arrived on time. I took it to a local store to have data transfered from my old computer. Technician called to say that cooling fan was defective. It took some back-and-forth calls with the company that originally refurbished the computer to get them to send replacement.Its now up and running and doing everything we need it to do; and so much faster than the old computer.
