So some information about this computer that I’m seeing reviews on is about the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi chip is perfectly fine as long as you have the antenna plugged in and you have good Wi-Fi yourself. For example, the Wi-Fi we have is strong enough for gaming Wi-Fi because we have three major gaming consoles that we use so if you don’t have good Wi-Fi then of course you’re gonna have Wi-Fi connection issues.Another thing I saw was graphics even though yes this does come with its own graphics set up technically because it is a basic computer if you’re trying to use this for gaming such as websites like second life we’re having really good frames per second on something like Fortnite, you’re going to have to install a graphics card so in total you could be spending anywhere between $700-$1000 after upgrading the computer if you want to go that detailed in the graphics card. But if you’re just using it for a simple website like YouTube every day use light gaming then this computer is perfectly fine But if you’re planning on using it for a heavy graphics, heavy memory or anything like that, I would advise getting an external memory, a graphics card and making sure you have extremely good Wi-Fi packages that can handle multiple devices or devices that will be using a lot of the streaming for the Wi-Fi.Another tip. If you have more than one monitor that you plan on using with this, you’re definitely going to need an HDMI splitter that allows you to extend your screens. You do not want to get a HDMI two and one that only duplicates which was my mistake if you do upgrade and get a graphics card, you will have to go into the BiOS and make sure that you can check allow or enable for extending multiple HDMIif you wanna plug-in more than one HDMI this computer does allow it. You just would have to get a DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter

The item was delivered and day one of connecting there was no power, tried different outlets but did not work. Tried to get an exchange but the seller only offered a refund. Went with a different item instead still waiting for the refund

This computer is great for simple gaming, I play a lot of sandbox style games like Cities Skylines and Planet Coaster. I also use this computer to design a plethora of graphics for my marketing job. Looks great, and compact!

Was exactly what I had ordered, the installed operating system wasn't clean. It had several bluetooth devices listed that I never installed, and the initial startup didnt run me through the new user experience that comes with windows. This left me a bit on edge so I wiped it and rebuilt it with my own install and license key. Otherwise the hardware was reasonably priced for what I was looking for

Fantastic product once we ordered (and Amazon covered the cost) a wi-fi adapter. Somehow the drivers or card didn't get installed. After the correction of the wi-fi, this is a good product. I purchased for my son who is home from school. He games a little, okay a lot, and works on school assignments. Glad I got it for him. Only one problem, I was going to buy myself one but it doesn't seem that Amazon carries this product at this time.

It meets all the specifications in the description but it doesn't match the images instead of coming with the nice looking AMD heatsink shown in their images it came with this hideous looking one that doesn't seem to have any branding on it and after 3 weeks it shut down mid use and never booted back up
