Meticulously matched storage drive and memory for maximum reliability and compatibility. Any part added to the system will either be new or thoroughly vetted to perform as new.

Great value for the money! Highly recommend.Package came in one box a day earlier than I was expecting. Which was a pleasant surprise. It included the cables. The monitor cords are a little short, so I would recommend to order separately a surge protector for extra outlets.My monitors looks almost new! Keyboard and mouse work really good. Considering this is refurbished the desktop is relatively quiet when running. I just set up everything 3 days ago, but very pleased with everything. This is perfect for my work from home job that didn't provide equipment. I'm able to quickly connect to all of my work systems.Even though I'm hard wired to the internet...it has a wifi component that can be connected to the desktop and your router. Desktop has enough USB ports for me to plug in the mouse, keyboard, and my headset and the external webcam I purchased separately.This saved me alot of money because some of the newer laptops come with alot of features that I don't need for my job. Such as touch screen and all these graphics for gaming that I won't be doing since this is for work.Love that this came with Windows 10 Pro. The only small detail is it didn't come with set up instructions but it was easy for me to set up. People probably could call if they need assistance and/or add on the asurion for an extra $33 dollars.

This product was great as Dell always have been. Would stick with the Dell product lines as they are always great and they get better as time goes on. They are always keeping up with the system upgrades. Excellent product. Always with Dell.

I was so upset when I got my computer that I will never buy something refurbished again. There were 3 boxes and one of the monitor boxes did not have either of the connection cords (VGA or power). The tape on this big box was not very secure and because the cords to connect that second monitor were missing, I had two purchase both. One of the monitors has some damage on the actual screen along the bottom. The mouse did not work AT ALL. The mouse and key board were matching and said they were for gaming, but the keyboard was very cheap and light weight. So, I had to purchase both a new mouse and keyboard. The item description said that it had WiFi when really a WiFi adapter plug in was sent. I was pretty upset that the description said that it had blue tooth capability and it did NOT. When I started hooking everything up, the instructions walked you through what to do when you turned it on, but I needed setup instructions on how to connect everything. This was not included. Along with the used product damage, the non functioning mouse, the parts missing, the extra $70 I had to spend, the weeks (almost 4) it took to get here, no set up instructions and the incorrect item features (like no blue tooth), when I started setting it up and was frustrated at everything I was uncovering I also called the customer service number on the instructions and left a message. I also sent an email and to this day the company has still not contacted me. I would love to return the mouse and keypad and maybe get reimbursement for the pieces that were missing and/or broke, but I gave up when they didn't contact me. Very unsatisfied with the service, but I love the computer.

I knew it was refurbished, so I wasn't expecting perfect. But the side of the computer is missing a screw I think, so the side keeps pooping open. Otherwise, it was packaged well, screens look and work great. At times it seems like it lags a little, but it doesn't bother me. Now if I was gaming it may be an issue.It does not come with set up instructions. It's pretty easy, but I did have to look up how to set up the dual screens.For the work I do it works really well! Great value.

This computer is perfect for what I have experienced so far. I've had it just under 2 weeks and I still can't believe the quality of the purchase. I've been using it for my work from home job and its so much better than working off a laptop. It fits perfect on the l shaped desk I purchased. I decided to use my wireless keyboard and mouse I previously purchased but I like the fact that I have the wired option in case a job I decide to do requires it. The tower is way smaller than I imagined and that's just fine with me. Not bulky and saves space. I would recommend this company for anyone working from home needing an affordable desk top computer.

I've had the computer for a few weeks and, so far, everything has been very good. I was nervous about buying a refurbished computer, but, it was an excellent bargain. The computer arrived quickly and was packed very well. The computer has no physical damage to the outside and was very clean. The monitors were both in very good shape, though, one did have a broken cord holder (plastic piece on the back, not important). Both monitors work very well. The system booted up and was easy to get in place.The only problem that I had was that the video driver would not update properly through Windows update. I was able to determine which adapter it was and manually find the driver (Windows 8 version because the video card was older and had no Windows 10 version). Once I installed it, the dual display worked flawlessly. The mouse is very good. The keyboard is a bit too cheap and feels flimsy; the enter button is very oddly shaped and I can't help but hit the backslash key when trying to press enter. I will replace the keyboard, but, it's more of a personal preference.Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend buying this computer for business or routine computer usage.
