I was just a tiny bit skeptical when I purchased this Refurbished OptiPlex 3060 Desktop because I normally purchase my computers new directly from Dell, but it has exceeded all of my expectations! The packaging was top-notch and protected the components during shipping. All of the components (Desktop, Keyboard, Mouse, Power Cord, and Instructions) were neatly packaged and easy to remove. The 3060 looks like new, and when I had assembled it and powered it up, it was blazingly fast! JSM Computers is the company that refurbished the unit, and they did an excellent job. It came with Microsoft Windows 11 Pro plus all of the additional software that you will need to get started, like LibreOffice, so you can work with documents while you are downloading all of your other software, like Office, etc. This is an incredible deal - high-quality products for a really low price...:-)

I was a little skeptical about a refurb. Being a novice I have no idea how "new" the parts used to rebuild the Computer are? However, cannot dwell on the unknown so.....it was a very easy plug in and set right up! No issues, no tinkering with anything just plugged it in, it connected to my network automatically, and I was of and running! I was surprised and pleased. There were numbers available to the Seller for Tech Support if I had needed it. Nice job to the Sellers on building a nice machine! This new unit is compact and is lightning fast versus my old 5+ year Desktops.

I read the favorable reviews on Amazon about refurbished computers from JSM Computers in OK. So I took a chance with their return policy since my old computer gave up the ghost and I needed a replacement. I'm so glad I did. I've had my Dell Optiplex 3060 for about 2 weeks now and it's working just fine. They shipped it fast and hooking up was very easy for Win11. Documentation worked out well and I even got an extra keyboard and mouse (I was expecting just the tower). The price was very reasonable and my only regret is I didn't get a chance to rate their customer service as I really didn't need any. But it was all over the documentation so help was just an email away. I've always liked working with mom and pop companys and that still stands today. I know there can be issues sometimes with refurbished products but this couldn't have been easier. Thanks JSM computers, I'll probably be ordering another one down the road to replace my other Win10 computer.

This review is for the Dell Optiplex 3060 Desktop Computer | Intel i5-8500 (3.2) | 32GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB SSD I was very disappointed when the package was opened. The computer had obviously been used in an industrial environment. Renewed? Excellent condition? Hardly! This computer is hardly in good condition and not even close to being in excellent condition. It appears that the computer had a light cleaning that left dirt in all of the ports. There's no onboard wifi, I thought the video player was going to fall apart when it was opened, and the image displayed on the monitor is "fuzzy". Testing was halted after seeing the poor quality of the display image. Yes, the monitor was checked with another computer and the image was clear. I'm not going to go on and on about the disappointing condition of this computer because, I feel that enough has been said. Having purchased other " renewed" computers from Amazon in the past, I can't understand how a computer that's in the poor condition of this computer ever made it past the rules of Amazons renewed program. Did I just get a bad item? Well, maybe, but that bad item never should have made it out of the door as being in excellent condition! As always, it's your money, and it's your choice.

I purchased the refurbed Dell OptiPlex 3060 to replace my Windows 10 laptop. So far, the Dell has performed very well and as advertised. I’ve down loaded and installed several programs and apps with no issues. I recommend this product from this seller without hesitation.

Positive; it's quick, both PC's worked well and uploaded my programs with no problems. The drive size is nice.BUT...Negative; the wireless adapter had external antennas, the monitor port had no HDMI, only 2 video out, had to go buy adapter cables for my monitors. Sound output is definitely NOT Hi-Fi quality. For a PC that is advertised for great gaming, the sound and video are disappointing.

Computer was recieved defective and crashed several times with a blue screen. I know this happens sometimes, but how a company handles it speaks volumes. We returned the computer for a refund and the seller deducted $187.20 for a "Restocking Fee". After reading several Yelp reviews, this seems to be a common practice of this company. BUYER BEWARE!^Update - Seller ended up refunding the full amount.
