Solid, easy to latch, key fits and works well. Comes with 2 locks and 4 identical keys -- exactly what I needed. Made it through 1 winter so far, no issues.Are the 4 keys different from order to order? Yes, they are! To make sure, I ordered 2 items (4 locks, 8 keys) and the first 4 keys and second 4 keys were different.

I purchased these padlocks to use on two external gates, because brass locks do not rust like stainless steel or cheaper metal locks.These have been exposed to the elements for several months and have baked in the sun and rain. Currently, neither lock shows any discernible wear. The key operates well. I am pleased with the value and quality of these locks and would purchase them again.

Needed a couple of locks for a storage unit and these fit perfectly. They're solidly built at a great price and I'll buy again if I ever need more locks.
