I ordered the MediSonic Deluxe Inversion Table for my husband who has suffered for years with back pain. He found the assembly to be somewhat difficult. However he assembled this alone. He recommends that you ask someone to assist you, especially with holding the pieces together. That would make the assembly much easier and faster. He prefers video instructions to written instructions and the instructions stated that there were video instructions on YouTube but he could not find them. The assembly was made a little easier by not having to sort through screws and nuts because the hardware comes pre-assorted.Once assembled, the table is very well made and sturdy. It has 4 angle adjustments, 20°, 40°, 60° and 90°. It has ankle straps and metal cuffs to securely hold you. My husband is 6’ and weighs 200 lbs and the platform fit him with room to spare. There is an adjustment for height above the ankle cuffs. The platform was comfortable and supportive. The table folds and locks into an almost flat position and it has wheels to allow you to easily roll it.My husband has been using this inversion table for a few weeks and he is very happy with the results. This has definitely helped with his back pain. He can feel the difference after using this table. Previously he relied solely on physical therapy exercises to help relieve the back pain but these exercises did little to relieve the spinal compression. It’s been wonderful to have this table available for use whenever he needs it. A few minutes on this table makes a big difference in how he feels. It is definitely helping him. One word of caution, if you have had retina issues or recent eye surgery, make sure you check with your physician before using this inversion table. It is contra-indicated for certain medical conditions.

Item:MediSonic Deluxe Inversion Table with Ajustable Lumbar Pad and 300 lb Weight CapacityPros:-Works as expected.-I'm a short 5'8 and it does just fine. With the headrest adjusted all the way out, the top of my head just passes the edge. The headrest has a quick and easy adjust knob.-Is comfortable. If you don't tighten down the foot rest tight, then the entire thing is relatively comfortable. Normally the problem is the ankles hurt from hanging, but not really a problem if you have the foot rest kinda snug kinda loose. The padding is ok I guess, I don't really need the padding myself but I use it.-In the assembly, the parts are separated very very well (see cons). They have it where the nuts are already on the screws with the washers. That makes it super simple.-It does fold up somewhat compactCons:-Kind of hard assembly by yourself. If you had 1 other person, the assembly would be pretty easy. You just need someone to hold stuff in place for you. Also, there is a set of bolts were the wrenches doesn't fit it all the way. The wrenches will get the machine assembled for you, but I'll have to get my tools to tighten the machine the rest of the way.Other Thoughts:-I'm not sure if this would work for tall people or not. The thing is... when your hanging up side down, you really don't need you head supported I don't feel like because your hanging from your feet. As long as your upper back is supported I think thats all you need.-Just because I had a hard time with assembly is not enough to knock off a star. I don't think I was in the best of mood when I assembled this. Once your done with assembly your done forever.

The inversion table arrived, very well packaged, on time and defect free. I ordered the inversion table to alleviate back problems and to stretch out the spine in general. All of my exercises to date seem to compress the spine. The inversion table required a great deal of assembly, however, all parts were well wrapped, instructions were straight forward with diagrams, and tools were included. The table weighs 50 lbs. but when fully assembled has wheels for easy movement, and does fold up almost flat for storage. There are multiple adjustment points with directions on how to know where to position yourself so that you can easily invert. The cushioning is comfortable, and the leg locking mechanism works well, so you feel secure when fully inverted. I just started to use it, so I can't promote the medicinal benefits, but I can promote the design, quality and assembly instructions. I highly recommend this product.

This inversion table was not too difficult to assemble. I am close to maxing out the height and weight limits on this inversion table, at 6'4" 270lbs, but with it's great build quality, and variable degrees that you can invert, it holds me like a champ. For the price, it beats going to the chiropractor once or twice a month. Functionally perfect, compact folding, nice comfortable padding, and a good height for a variety of people make this a pretty great value for the money.
