The 1st one didn't want to grab. Well, 2 of the 3 wouldn't forma bond, and it was a nuissance to ship back. They were quick to send a replacement however, and that set works perfectly. The cleaning cloth is nice and thick. Good quality. The polishing pads are nice too. It would be nice if they had something resembling instructions on how to use the pads and cloth, as well as the grabbers, but I think most people can figure it out. I had a small dent on a panel of our car to test it, and worked it well to get the larger portion out. It did nothing at the crease. Not a perfect job, but not bad.

I followed instructions and cleaned, wetted the area. As you can see the dent is pretty large on a Dodge Ram. I tried to get a picture of two cups attached to the area. Unfortunately they would not stay long enough. I did get one to suction long enough to pull a little of the dent. I have not used the larger cup as it was to large for the area.

I received this item via Amazon Vine. I am the perfect candidate for this: 25yr old truck and not wanting to spend money repairing relatively large dents on soft metal. I thought hey! Let’s try this out. The kit comes with a very large suction cup and two smaller ones. Two foam pads and a microfiber towel. The foam pads are of low quality however the towel is soft to soak up the sweat you’ll work up trying to pull the dents out. I used a heat gun to raise metal temperature around the dent and went to town, for like an hour. The suction is hard to get going since the distance between the plastic and rubber suction cup is so shallow. Not enough pulling force can be created. Then when you actually try to pull the dents out the cup loses suction and never gets any of the metal to go with it. I tried the smaller pullers on three different dents of varying depths and the cup kept popping off before any real pulling power was created. I even wet the rubber cups to get a better seal and nothing. Total waste of time honestly. The larger orange suction does get really good adhesion to a flat surface but I don’t have a dent that large- it’s gotta be huge for that orange one to do any good. I can see it being useful to hold something like a mirror or pane of glass but for pulling a dent I don’t see it. This is a hard pass.

As promised in the ad, the kit contains one large car dent puller (4.5 inches) and two small car dent repairers (2.2 inches), a nano cloth car scratch remover and buffing polishing pads.Since I'm a petite older woman and my son is more of a car expert, I’m going to wait for him to come over and lend me a hand. For the price, this tool seems like a fantastic value! I can’t wait to see how well it works!
