I happened upon this while Amazon surfing. I was intrigued and interested in something new. It works, it's very cool and looks just like wood burning. I'm still working on my stenciling talents but it's fun. Easy to use and agreat price for a new craft

This gel is super quick and easy to use! I love it and look forward to making many more crafts with it soon! And the quality for the money is super! It also arrived faster than expected.

I have made my own with thickit but it gets moldy if you try to keep it and I've never been able to quite get it thick enough to not bleed a little. I also bought a more expensive one that had the best rating and no tools and a smaller package. I can't even describe how much better this is than anything else. SO GOOD. Do not waste your money on anything else. My friend really wanted this design and I thought it would turn out terrible but look at those results. Flawless. Plus they show up so much faster with this than any other brand. If you are thinking of trying it, Do It.Update: as you can see this is the one I used on the flowers on the bottom. At first I thought this was he best ever but after using it a bit more I realized it doesn't turn the nice golden burnt color, it only turns black and looks like you just used a marker. It also fades and bleeds when you run it under water or wipe it with a wet cloth which the instructions say to do. I think I would still recommend this one if you had a very intricate design and you didn't want to use heat on it too long. If it's something you plan on hanging on the wall and not using as a cutting board or something that's not going to be touched often, it should be totally fine. It turns out looking pretty nice and it shows the color very quickly.

I am DIY kinda girl and this made it so easy to do. I made my own stencil to put letters on blocks and this product worked GREAT. I used a regular heat gun and it worked perfectly. A little of this goes a long way.

My project looked perfect other than the gel bubbling. We applied the finish and it completely started taking off the design. I do not recommend if you’re using it on something that you need to apply a finish or stain to.

This product is not a thick paste or gel! This is a very thin liquid. I am using stencils so even if I use just a little bit once I start to brush it on it will run under the stencil and cause major issues when I take the stencil off to burn it. I then have to do quite a bit of scraping around the pictures and letters. I am going to keep trying to use it. Maybe I don't know the secret of using this product. It was a great price. I just wish it was more of a thick gel consistency!
