It has just enough of a shallow bowl to scrape runny food out of a pan without spilling, and the lower edge is straight enough and firm enough to do a clean sweep of the bottom of a pan. The slightly rounded corners also help with cleanup.This does not replace a spatula but is a wonderful addition to kitchen utensils. I find myself reaching for it more often than I though I would when I purchased it. It's great for dishing out oatmeal and cleaning out the pot at the same time.

This is a great spatula, close to perfect. I am still looking to replace one which was 10 in x 2.5 in, also silicon, and fit your hand perfectly and had a very sharp edge and was flexible, the perfect spatula. It had no brand name and I picked it up somewhere, no idea where. This DI ORO is the closest to the perfect one that I have found. The handle is unnecesarily long, which makes it heavier than ideal. (And I have big hands.) The spoon end is quite thin, which is important. In my search to replace the perfect one, I have bought many with the same dimensions as this DI ORO, but they have been thicker at the scraping end and not so good. This DI ORO is thinner, and I am pleased to have found it.It can be used for any job in the kitchen, hot or cold, where sraping or stirring is needed.

This is my first purchase from this brand and now there will be many more! Nothing else compares to this brand plus the colors are amazing and beautiful! Magenta is my fav!!!It’s the easiest to use and clean. Best quality handle and materials. Outstanding performance in every culinary adventure!!Highly recommended!!!!

This has been an excellent sturdy spatula. It wore down over time and we contacted the company about the lifetime warranty. They were quick to respond and sent us a new spatula! This is a good brand to go with.

I bought many different spatulas from this bran ! Flexible, and very sturdy at the same time! My problem is that they are kind of slippery when your hands get dirty with whatever you’re preparing ! I love this brandThey don’t get stained they always look like new even after 6-7 years that I bought some of them.

So I was not looking for the cheapest Spoontula. I wanted the best quality one. I gave this a try since the brand has been featured as a winner in America's Test Kitchen. The quality of this did not disappoint. Used it a few times already and it's taken a beating, super easy to clean, has great support in the handle and definitely does not feel cheap.

First, I have used the Teflon-covered harder spoons and spatulas, wooden spoons. BOTH wound up scratching the non-stick pans I had, even ones it said you could use regular utensils with!PROS:FLEXIBLE, YET STURDY - I needed this to go around small oatmeal pot to scoop out oatmeal, works brilliantly.Also occasionally I am doing eggs, a veggie burger and I need to slip, while not as hard as other supposedly safe utensils, this works! I DO use small pots and pans and I'm not using this spoonula times a day, so your mileage may vary.REVIEWS - Yep, I read the WORST reviews first and go from there. I did see where some really wanted a harder utensil, I get that, I didn't. The harder utensils eventually SCRATCHED my pots and pans. So reading the five and four star, I got this is what I PERSONALLY wanted.PRICE - WELL worth it to save my pans.LOOKS - OK, I like the look and feel of this spoonula. Sturdy, like the length of the handle, seems high quality.WASHING - I HAND wash something like this, just like I hand wash my pots and pans rather than throw in dishwasher. This washes easily. As I don't put in dishwasher, I can't comment on how well that would work, but I see many here who did review that.BOTTOMLINE: WOULD DEFINITELY get again, in fact, I plan on getting at least one more and I may get their regular spatula as well.

I love silicone scrapers & use them every time I cook and bake. I think they are such a valuable kitchen item! I bought this because I needed a new full sized scoop shaped silicone scraper. It has a strong handle for thick batters, and I love that the entire scraper is silicone covered, for easy cleaning. I LOVE that it's heat resistant to 600*!!! This is just a great item!

This was a warranty replacement for my old spoonula from this brand which I had for 7 years. I use it for many things such as scraping pancake mixture off the bowl, stirring rice in a pot, serving salad and can be used for cooking as well. I personally wouldn't recommend using it for cooking as I find that the material will eventually fall off or melt. To preserve it's life longer I only use it for mixing, stirring and serving. And use metal or wooden utensils for cooking. Otherwise it's very comfortable to hold, very easy to clean and a useful tool to have. Definitely recommend this brand because they value their customers and lifetime warranty
