Didn't come with a cable but the old cable for the pervious motor fit perfectly, it also was able to fit in the old ones spot and had no problem running our swamp cooler.

We had no idea our old motor was going out, it was chug to turn on, it was quite noisy & wouldn’t cool our house down. It finally gave out & we were left needing a new one, quickly.We found this motor with the same measurements & specs all around & gave it a go!!We had never replaced a motor on a cooler before so didn’t know what to expect, but being amateurs, got it done in less than 45 minutes!Since it’s install about 2-3 weeks ago, it’s extremely quiet, cools the house down within 5 minutes on a hot day & has no issue turning on!! Very thankful we found this one & how amazing it’s been since we’ve received & installed it!!

Mounts were a bit wider diameter than the 30-year-old motor of the same type that was replaced. So I had to get a new mounting bracket also.

I luv the extra power and this bad boy kicks butt. I cudn't get the old belt pully off the old motor, it was rusted on and I had no gear puller so I got a new pully from Amazon for 12 buks, everything fit and when I fired it up I was amazed how much more air was blowing, might hav something to do with the belt pully was slightly larger. The old motor that came with the cooler lasted 5 or 6 years and I hope this one lasts 10 years.

It works great. A great replacement motor but 2x as noisy as the old one. Runs hot. It has not failed yet and I have run it for about 100 hours
