My wife sewed this into the waistband of several pairs of my jeans and I no longer have any problem at all with my pants and shirts separating. They have been through the washing machine as well and there is no problem.

Difficult to use a sewing machine with this. So had stitched. Work perfectly for my bathing suit top!

I sew and frequently use elastic. This is very nice elastic the width is true to description and although I didn’t measure the length the roll seems ample. Nice and thick, the strength and stretch seem adequate. There is a slight smell of rubber when you open the package, it arrived in a plastic bag no box. I’m letting it air out before first use. If the smell goes away this is a good value for a nice product.
