Works ok for money. Don't know how long the battery ( not replaceable) will last. Don't know if internal battery charges from spark plug energy, or just depends on drawing very low current with a display that is on all the time. Regardless, it has been working even when exposed to heavy rain and mower washing. If you want a good mounting job, need to drill two holes, wrap wire around spark plug high voltage wire, tie down wire with tie straps. This type of mounting is a 30 minute job on Torro Timecutter mower---not a snap in.

Quick shipping, and easy installation. Worked immediately.The included wire was a little stiff, not initially wanting to hold in place around the spark plug wire.The included tie-wraps resolved that issue.

This was a super easy product to install and locate under the hood of my car. My car is a plug-in hybrid and since most miles are on the battery, not the ICE, this device is helpful so I am only changing the oil as needed based on run time of the ICE, not odometer-reported mileage.I bought this in October of 18 and noticed today when I popped the hood to determine actual hours run since last oil change that the device was dead. I popped the back cover off, and found as others have indicated, the battery is sealed and does not allow for replacement. So worked for the better part of 5 years - and this car saw an easy life, mostly in a climate controlled garage.

Bought one in 2018 for a dirtbike and it is still going strong. Last a long time even though it sits in my unheated garage which gets as cold as 20 below zero farenheit in the winter. Bought a second one for a generator.

I put this on my dirtbike 4 years ago and I have 47 hours on it and it works as expected. I attached it with some extra strength velcro and it never moved. Buying another one for my new bike!

Working great, but they need to provide double sided tape for mounting. Instructions were easy to follow, and the wire was long enough for easy routing and mounting.
