A girl can clean the house only so much. I decided I needed to find something to do over the winter this year besides TV and cleaning so resuming cross-stitch was the answer. I got 2 kits, one titled "Irises" and the other "Apricot Flowers" by Van Gogh. These kits contain a nicely printed pattern, threads, and a needle. Unless you have hoops, good lighting, and some sturdy clips (to "fold" excess material for easier access to the area that you are working on *the piece is quite large) I suggest you add these items to your purchase. IF I take my time I have no doubt I will have a beautiful finished product, suitable for framing and display at a much more affordable price than a "purchased" print PLUS the satisfaction of doing it myself.

Beginners friendly. Enough thread and tools. Print quality good. Easy to follow But way much pricier for such small outcome! It is said 11ct, 16*20 inch in dimensions but actually the size is measured with the whole piece, actual printed thing and after stitching it is much smaller than that. There is no instruction for backstiching but without backstitches Deer is almost invisible!

For this price, I'm surprised how precise the printing was on the grid! It even came hemmed all the way around. I'm not close to finishing it but I really am enjoying the quality!

In comparison to similar products, the thread is cheaper and brittle. Breaks and knots frequently. Other products purchased around the same time are higher quality for a similar price.
