We bought a new TV and there was no RCA connections. I seriously am so happy there are still products like this made because there are games I love to play on the PS2. This worked perfect plugged in and looks great for what it does. You can do 720p or 1080p. We just leave it on 1080 and it extends to our 65" TV perfectly.

Plugged it in, wired it up and flicked on the ol’ N64 and it worked no problem. I wish I had bought this a long time ago.Don’t let the blue screen scare you, it’s going to be ok - it’ll go away. If it doesn’t just return it right away!I’m using a 4K Samsung tv and it works no problems and the picture is quality is fine. I have the 1080p button selected on the adapter. Not sure it that’s making a huge difference but that’s what’s working for me.Plugged in the GameCube too and it worked no problem. The adapter doesn’t seem to get very hot either. Glad I chose the RCA style over the straight to HDMI version. Those ones seem to be the most problematic based off of the reviews I read - but not this one.

For around 30 bucks this is a workable solution to get your N64 or similar console to work with a modern 4K TV. My TV had only one set of RCA inputs so I was able to compare quality with and without using the device. Without the device smaller text and details are very distorted. This device cleans up the signal coming from the N64 and makes the image on the TV much better than before. But this is not a cheap Eon 64 or an alternative to an Ultra 64. The resulting image is somewhat dark even on maximum brightness settings. The quality and condition of the RCA cables plugged into the device is also important.I tried 2 sets of cables for the N64, the aftermarket cables worked horribly and the picture quality made for a disappointing experience. With OEM cables from Nintendo the picture was much better, so there’s something to keep in mind. Overall I’d recommend this as a cheap alternative to other more expensive solutions. However if you have 150 dollars to blow then by all means get the Eon 64.

This product did exactly what it said - provided the ability to use the Wii on our HD TV. It did take a little patience to hook up (of course my 15 year old son has none and did not read the instructions thoroughly). That brings me to the instructions that came with the converter. They were not very easy to follow because of the the translation from Chinese to English LOL. However, we were able to figure it out and had it working within 5 or so minutes. I would definitely recommend this very easy to use converter! Great product.

I had to purchase HDMI converter in order to connect my Nintendo WII to my television. There were no issues. The only flaw if that is that the converter needs to be directly connected to a power source I though I would get powered through its other connections.

It definitely gets the job done, I was able to play N64 on my new Samsung 65inch 4K TV. Keep in mind, when you turn the converter on it may take a few minutes to get a picture or a solid consistent picture as it has to cache the audio/video a bit to convert properly. Also, you may have to adjust your screen ratio/resolution, at first it was unplayable it looked so bad but I was able to fix it.

Absolutely great! When it comes to having a N64, we needed something that would allow us to continue use when upgrading to a new tv. This was the perfect solution! For the cost, we are able to continue play per usual. The console wasn’t high quality when it came out, picture wise. Our tv prior had a lag anyways. Now it seems unnoticeable and allows gameplay to be what you could hope for, but not on a bigger tv. We now have a 55†Samsung.
