This worked fine to hardwire my Sirius Sportster 5 to my car. Easy to use and plenty of cord to route it through the dash. My only complaint is that the plug that fits into the cradle is quite loose. Not sure if it's a fluke or a design flaw. So far it hasn't been an issue, but I am fully expecting it to pop out whenever I need to move the cradle. Hopefully it won't shut off my radio when driving down a bumpy road. That would be a deal breaker for me.

Works great. Little red led inside lets you know it's powered. Better than using cigarette lighter power source since I need that to charge my phone.

Easy to install with basic wiring knowledge. Red is pos/hot. Black is neg/grnd. I would recommend wiring to where it's only powered when the vehicle's switch is on so the battery isn't draining while off.

Needed a new hard wired cable to the Sirius/XM docking unit. Yeah... this isn't it.... plugs into the Head unit itself... dock cable is different
