They will work on wet (green) lumber or dry wood, metal, concrete and most other surfaces. Each crayon is individually UPC coded and hex shaped (4-1/2 x 1/2 inches) to fit lumber crayon holders. One dozen per box.

These things are PINK! They practically glow in the dark they're so bright. They don't melt sitting in the truck either. Great for marking concrete, asphalt, metal siding, roofing, etc...

I use these for marking concrete. I know they are lumber crayons but they work for what I need. I’d also using for concrete make sure the concrete is raw without any shine or gloss as it will be hard to see

I am a pipe layer I have to cut ductile iron water pipe so these crayons are great for marking my pipe. I also cut firewood so to get as much as possible out of a log I measure all my logs and try not to waste any smaller pieces so these crayons are pretty versatile

I like to have fun at work where I can. Nobody else is using pink crayons so an added bonus is if I leave my crayon somewhere, they all know where to return it to! (They also know exactly which marks are mine.)
