This was a great deal! These cost way more at my local stores and they arrived really quickly! They also last me a while so it’s a great product!

Highly effective very sturdy and durable lumber crayon. The materials are high quality and the color is bold.

I did not buy them from Amazon, but every few years I decide to give them another try because they are in every hardware store and Irwin makes pretty good stuff. Most recently 2 years ago maybe. At best they produce The faintest of marks on Lumber, whether wet or dry. Useless on dry or wet tires to mark leaks. Useless for layout marks on Dry steel. I've tried cutting off the top layer and breaking them in half figuring fresh material is needed. Just last weekend I warmed up the tip to soften it hoping to mark some tire tubeless riding mower leaks. I was amazed that Anywhere from barely warmed to melted was as bad as cold.I'll go look for a video to see what I'm doing wrong.
