Took these for a beach event with youth and adults -- everyone had fun designing and flying! held up well -- impressed with quality. Colored pencils worked well too for decorating.

These were a lot of fun to create and put together with the kids. They’re not the best at actually flying but I think we had more fun with the designs.

Kids had a blast playing with the kites, both drawing them and flying them. The issue we had is that the kites did not stay together well. The plastic red piece the holds the side supports in place can slide up and down the center support, this lets it slide too far up, letting the side supports fall out. Small black sticks in a field are almost impossible to find. We had to take apart the sixth kite so replace missing pieces.With a little tape and some time, I was able to solve the problem as follows:1. Cut two inches off of the orange tail and tape an inch on to each side support. This way, if the kite falls apart, it is much easier to spot the missing supports as they have a bright piece of material.2. We completely stopped the kites from falling apart by putting a band of tape above the middle red piece, keeping it from sliding up and the side supports from falling out. Just push the red piece down until the kite is as tight as you'd like and tape it in place from above. One kite even feel into the ocean and didn't come apart thanks to the added tape. You could also accomplish this by using a length of drinking straw to keep the red piece from sliding up.If the kite manufacturer would just make it so the red piece of plastic couldn't slide up the center support pole, I would give this set 5 stars.

These are a great buy! The kites are durable plastic and the markers are easy to use! My three year old granddaughter has flown her kite four days in a row with zero damage! Its a great gift, does everything it advertised it could do. I’ll definitely get more.

I'd give it a 0 rating. We followed the instruction precisely but the kites didn't even fly. This is a total rip off. I do not recommend buying it.

Bought this kite set during holiday season and kids loving it.Easy to assemble, it really works easy anywhere wind blows.I did not have to run all the way to lift this kite up, simply you just toss it in the air and it flies, thats it.Fully recommend this set

Die Kinder hatten einen irrsinns Spaß beim bemalen. Das Steigenlassen war total einfach obwohl der Wind nicht wirklich stark war. Nächstes Jahr wieder!
