Let me first say that I HATE single purpose equipment. But it's hard to argue that this simple piece of equipment is not a huge boost to building those biceps.It fits easily and works simply by keeping your elbows at or just slightly in front of your torso. That's it! Works great!

I love how I can use this equipment for bicep and tricep workouts. It helps my form in being in the right posture when I do my workouts and gives me a great pump as well. I wish my gym would have a few of these on the racks so others can try it out. I love mine personally. I work out with a couple bodybuilders, one of them being a IFBB pro. They both love using this product. Just one thing I struggle with it is the fact that sometimes I have to readjust on my arms while I have the weight in my hand but it's really not that bad. Overall for the usefulness of this product I would rate it a strong 10/10. The one negative thing I wrote is a minor setback compared to how great this thing is.

Feels comfortable but arrived with a piece of the strap broken Γ°ΕΈΛΕΎI'd actually just purchased two different DMOOSE styles of this same product (design was the only difference).Unfortunately, the one with the simpler design I turned out preferring was the one with the broken strap.Thankfully, I thoroughly checked the product before using it or it could've cone loose and dropped on to my feet which would've been a painful accident.Going to send it back.Overall it's a good product from a brand that's known, even though their products are pricier than average.

So I've wanted a curl harness for years and decided this year for my annual gear resupply i'd grab one. Dmoose had great ratings and a competitive price point so i chose this company. I received the harness in two days and immediately put it to use. I will say this, I'm a stickler for proper form and sound technique and this product, once fitted properly, kept the tension on my biceps on negative and positive movements. The resting position still keeps a pump going because your arms are not really at rest due to ingenious ergonomics of the frame atop your abs. I can straight bar curl with perfect form 135lbs but with the added challenege of this product I'm between 95-105 so you will be challenged on your way to getting gains. I have decreased my weight and added a grip product I won't advertise here for a leaner more rip type workout. I challenge you to do standing isolation curls with the arm blaster...while standing, hold one dumbbell and use the free hand to keep that side 0f the harness stable while you curl...you won't forget or regret thatΓ°ΕΈΛβ° finally, adjusting to a proper fit is as easy as sliding a cord. Simple and super effective. Must buy for those bored with convention and in need of added challenges!

I've never used one of these before, but I'm glad I tried it. It's like having a portable preacher curl bench. The construction is solid, and the padding works well to protect your elbows. If I could change one thing, it would be to make it a little more narrow, or at least give the option to order a narrower one. I'm 5'9" and lean, and it seems like it places my elbows out just a little too far. Not a big deal though; it works great. Highly recommended to prevent poor form and isolate the upper arm.

I can't afford the space a preacher bench would require in the garage, and this does a great job. This one says its made from alluminium - hopefully prevent any rust through use. (I've not magnet tested it) It is strong, and has good quality, wrap around, rubber end caps.Gives a great isolation for the biceps and triceps. Wish I had got one years ago!

good product but could use thicker neck foam so it doesn't cut so much into neck. keeps me from straining elbow and forearms. buy for big arms.
