The fit is good. Not uncomfortable when squatting down. The material is top quality and the Velcro with the combined buckle doesn't budge and inch. I actually sometimes forget to run the strap through the buckle and the Velcro alone keeps everything together just fine. Great belt for the money.

Got for my husband to work out in! Overall great back support, felt an immediate relief. Great value for the money! The fit was right on the money as well. Overall a good product. The first couple of times we had to figure out how to get it on. Would buy again!

I use this for non related gym purposes. I have pretty bad back issues and need to be moving, lifting and moving around most of my day at work and this brace has been an amazing help! I used to use those stretchy back braces for construction and because they were stretchy, they always folded around my waist and buried into my waist. And yes, I know you're not supposed to wear these for a peolonged time but this is the only way i can properly do my job. I have lost weight since purchasing this belt and will be ordering a size smaller but i will stick to this brand for years to come. Another reason i like this belt or brace, it doesnt matter, is that after daily use since purchasing which is over 4 months, the velcro is still strong and isnt showing signs of wear. Great product! I cant say enough good things about this belt

I bought this to give my back protection when getting back into deadlifts, having had a back injury in the past. I think the belt is pretty good overall, but it doesn't have that "just right" feeling that I was looking for. I got the large, thought it was too big and ordered the Medium. The medium feels like I dropped 2 sizes instead of just one. I'm slightly disappointed, but I also don't feel like I want to go through the process of trying all these different belts to find my goldilocks.

It look great, but more important you feel the comfortable and more importantly firm hold it has on you and the security; your back is safe. What is not mentioned in the advertisement is the design of the belt on the back. The subtle downward V keeps the belt where you put it on your waist with no slippage downward!It is everything they say and so much more, really comfortable and won't let go like Velco only closures! The buckle grabs and won't let go until you release it.VERY pleased, life just got better at the gym.

My review is not on the product but the measurements it's tells you to take to chose size. I chose a large as it states in description measure about waist at belly button height. Which I did and ordered accordingly. Belt is way to big so cannot use.

I had to order 3 times and returned twice. I was going by chart sizes, but they are off. By chart I was XL, but actually the M was fitting correct on me.
