Its apparent that they did not weld these in a fixture because they were badly warped, I mean 1/2". I returned the first one only to receive one the same way. I had to place the flange on two 2x4's and tap the bottom with wood block. It took me several tries before the flange sits flat. This did not come with a gasket, which makes no sense since its a special application. If I didnt need it so bad, I would have refunded my money.

It works fine but is rusting because the paint falls off. Should be made of aluminum.

Even though the package was in perfect condition, when I opened the box, the mounting plate for this filler neck was so bent it looks like the brim of a cowboy hat. This is really disappointing.
