My pup took to this instantly. I rubbed the mat where he had previously gone before I introduced it. The pup sniffed and investigated it, then, eureka…he uses it now. No more random “gifts†on my deck. This is well made. Cleaning is a snap. There is a removable catch tray underneath. Very good.

We have a small dog and live in a place that sometimes gets cold, and thankfully, our dog is pad trained. From there we went to a grass pad, and he really prefers the faux grass over the pads. The pads just don't give him the back-foot kickin' thrill he seeks after he relieves himself.He likes the pads, but he would prefer to go outside. So as long as we are willing and able to get him outside, the pads are just in case. But they are very handy to have when puppy has to go in the middle of the night when we are warm and snuggled in bed, and there's feet of snow outside.This is a perfect potty pad for our pup!
