I've been looking for something that I can carry my dog with for some time. Occasionally he can't walk further and I end up carrying him home. This is perfect to take on each walk and use if needed. The straps are long enough to extend to put around your shoulders to help with the weight. I tend to put him across my chest and hold him to add extra support. The combination seems to suit him quite well, so a happy dog :-)
